Thank you to all of the parents and children for their enthusiasm on World Book Day. Every child we spoke to had a really enjoyable day, thanks in particular to Ms. Sutherland who led the assemblies and organised the activities for the children to enjoy. It was fantastic to see so many children and members of staff dressed up as their favourite book character. The effort that everyone goes to is truly commendable. We are also very excited that the children's author, Margaret Bateson-Hill, will be visiting our school on March 25th. She will be working with some classes, but all children will have the opportunity to read some of her books and meet her. Currently, we have a selection of her books available in the library for children to borrow
