Junior Police Cadet Volunteers

Today, Year 6 had a special visit from the Police. We learned about how to keep safe and how the police keep our communities safe. We were shocked to find out that the strongest weapon police have is communication. This has helped us to reflect on how to become good communicators and how powerful words can be.

We have been invited to join the police cadets because our community needs individuals like us! We all aspire to go to university and/or join the workforce; we explored how these skills will one day aid us with our future prospects. Now that we have learned about all the fun we will have and the skills that we will develop, many of us are keen to become Junior Police Cadets.
